Violins, Violas, Cellos

Vladimiro Cubanzi’s story in the world of violin making is one of determination and skill. Born in the former Soviet Union in 1978, Vladimiro’s early love for music paved the way for his remarkable career. Encouraged by his family, he received formal training in both violin and piano, but it was his fascination with the complexities of violin construction that truly ignited his passion. After completing his studies in telecommunications engineering and computer science, Vladimiro turned his attention to Cremona, the renowned center of violin making. Under the guidance of respected masters at the IPIALL A. Stradivari School including Alessandro Voltini, Giorgio Scolari, and Boris Sverdlik, he refined his skills and earned the title of Master luthier in 2005. With the founding of his workshop in 2009, Vladimiro embarked on a pursuit of excellence. Through meticulous refinement of his construction techniques and adherence to the revered traditions of Cremonese violin making, he has gained recognition for his outstanding instruments. Today, Vladimiro’s workshop stands as a testament to his dedication, producing instruments of timeless beauty and superior quality.
