Violins, Violas, Cellos

Marco Brunelli was born in the USA on the 21st of May 1972. After graduating in engineering, his passion for lutherie led him to begin working directly in a workshop in Pavia where he learned the classical cremonese construction techniques. He continued his training in the workshops of other master luthiers, further developing his personal style and deepening his understanding of both construction and acoustic. He makes violins, violas and cellos according to the classical cremonese technique by using the inner mould. In 2010, in Cremona, he came into contact with the workshop of Maestro Simeone Morassi whose advice and guidance he has followed in continuing to improve the quality and style of his work. He lives and works in Pavia where he has his own workshop. He has been a member of A.L.I. since 2010.
