Luca Bellini was born in Cremona on 4 Febbruary 1973. In 1988 he enrolled in the Internationai Violinmahing School in Cremona where he graduated in 1992.
Afier comp/eting his studies he frequented the Bottega CEE for two years under the guidance of Giobatta Morassi and his son Simeone.
In 1995 he worked for a brief period in Sandro Asinari's workshop in order to perfect his technique.
He has partecipated in various competitions including Baveno, the international Wieniawski competition held in Poznan (Poland), and the Cremona Triennial.
He makes violins, violas and cellos using classical Cremonese models (Amati Stradivari, Guarneri) under the guidance and advice of the masters Gio Batta and Simeone Morassi.
He currently works in his own workshop situated in Cremona on Via Beltrami 28.
